Commercial Litigation Solicitor
2PQE+
Leading South London Firm
Orpington
A unique opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join the commercial litigation team of a well-established multi-officed South London Law firm, looking for a highly enterprising, proficient and personable individual. You will need to be technically experienced in all aspects of commercial litigation work and have the ability to explain complex matters.
You will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to clients, advising on a range of commercial litigation matters including debt claims, contract claims, landlord and tenant disputes, property issues, civil litigation, etc.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Interviewing clients to get instructions
  • Advising clients in discussing plans and progress and keeping them fully informed about their matter
  • Providing relevant documents
  • Keeping client and matter files in good order and ensuring that all information is recorded thoroughly and accurately
  • Dealing with clients' queries and problems promptly and efficiently, either face-to-face or on the telephone
  • Complying with quality standards set and with departmental procedures, when handling all matters
  • Supporting the growth of the department by being actively involved with business development

This is a tremendous opportunity to not only join a prestigious commercial litigation team but, also join one which has a very favourable working environment, giving you the work-life balance often missed by many firms.
A competitive salary is on offer alongside a strong bonus structure.
This is, of course, only one opportunity I am working on, I would be happy to detail both this as well as others over a brief, initial chat, alternatively reach out directly to Jamie Parsons.

Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
