We are pleased to present this unique opportunity to join a Tier 1 Legal 500 Law firm.
Commercial Litigation - Associate Solicitor - Up to £100,000 salary
The Role
The highly esteemed litigation practice of this leading Legal 500 law firm advises on a comprehensive range of commercial litigation disputes. They advocate for clients in High Court litigation, both on the international and domestic fronts, frequently engaging in arbitration. The firm also offers guidance and support to clients in ADR, particularly in mediation. The majority of their work is genuinely international, frequently involving multiple jurisdictions.
They have a proven track record for advising on complex disputes and as a result, they are highly respected among their peers and receive multiple recommendations in the Legal 500 and legal directories.
They now have an opportunity for a commercial litigator to join the team. The successful candidate can expect to work directly with partners on high quality work, get plenty of client interaction and be involved with business development initiatives.
The Candidate
Commercial Litigation lawyer with at least 1-5 years post qualification experience
Excellent academic and professional qualifications
Ability to acquire, consolidate and apply fundamental and up-to-date knowledge of the law across multiple jurisdictions
Organised and able to work to strict deadlines with the ability to prioritise realistically
Exhibits an understanding of the Firm’s position in the market and how it distinguishes its services from its competitors
