Commercial Litigation Solicitor (NQ- 3 years PQE)

A well-established law firm are currently on the lookout for a Junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their office in London. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile litigation matters under the guidance of experienced partners and senior associates.Key Responsibilities:Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.Collaborate with clients, counsel, and expert witnesses to develop effective litigation strategies.Provide sound legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of commercial disputes.Assist in the negotiation and drafting of settlement agreements and other legal documents.The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Commercial Litigation solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE)Strong academic credentialsDemonstrated experience handling complex commercial disputes in a reputable law firm setting.Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Benefits:Career developmentPrivate Health CareIf this role sounds of interest to you, send your CV ##### call 0203 846 3071.
