Commercial Litigation Senior Associate / Partner - Up to £150,000 salary
The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning full service practice offering specialist quality legal advice to commercial clients and private individuals.
As a result of the continued growth of the firm’s commercial offering, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner to work alongside existing partners, driving a resilient and varied legal practice.
The caseload for this role will consist of a combination of commercial disputes with some professional negligence, property disputes, and an element of contentious probate.
The Candidate
Commercial Litigation Senior Associate/Partner with 6+ years of post-qualification experience
Experience of managing a team of fee earners
Portable client following would be highly advantageous
Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
Aptitude for business development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
