Position: Commercial Legal Counsel
Location: Northampton Region (Hybrid Working: 2-3 Days Office Based)
Salary: �45,000 - �53,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits

Role Overview:

As a Commercial Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in reviewing, negotiating, and drafting a broad spectrum of commercial agreements. You will also handle data privacy, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role offers a hybrid working model, with 2 to 3 days a week based in the Northampton region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, negotiate, and draft various commercial agreements.
• Provide legal advice on data privacy issues and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide legal support.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with commercial transactions.
• Assist in developing and implementing legal policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal/Contracts Specialist.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience handling commercial agreements.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
