Commercial Laundry Engineer

Due to company growth, our client is looking for a qualified and experienced Commercial Laundry Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role carrying out installations, service, maintenance and reactive work across Leeds and surrounding areas.

Job details:

• Responsible for repairing and maintaining commercial laundry equipment across the following sectors: Hospitals, Care Homes, Schools/Universities, Restaurants, Café’s and Bars.


• Ensure that all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date.


• Completing all works to the highest standards in an efficient manner, while complying with the company’s health and safety policy.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Previous experience in commercial laundry (essential)


• Must hold the relevant qualifications - CLE1,  CCLNG1,  COCCLNG1 (essential)


• Proven ability to diagnose and rectify equipment issues promptly


• Thorough understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards


• Excellent attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills are a must


• Full UK Driver’s License (essential)

What’s on offer:

• Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 (negotiable)


• Shift pattern: Monday to Friday (40hr week)  No on call rota!
