Here’s what you’ll be doing:
We’ve had a year of exciting business growth which has led to our Commercial Broking Department expanding. We have ten Commercial Insurance Consultant roles available to solidify our continuing digital insurance broker success.
Initially reporting into our Commercial Broking Department Team Manager, Luke Thompson (this could change as we grow the team), you’ll be surrounded by a team who are empowered to look for new ways to create better experiences, while being supported in your own personal development.

As one of our Commercial Insurance Consultants, you’ll:be selling Simply Business products to customersdirectly impact our commercial insurance performance by developing new business, and managing our existing clients keep our high standards of compliance with FCA, quality and GDPRprovide world class post sales support to our existing customers through outbound and inbound service calls, and email generate revenue for the business and retain our clients through the quality service you providebe driven and highly motivated to work towards monthly sale targets and agreed SLAsWe’re looking for someone who is:experienced as a commercial broker (ideally holding or studying towards a CII qualification)known in your team for your excellent telephone manner and skills. If there’s a complex call, you lead by exampleextremely proud of the quality of your work, you love getting feedback about your professionalism and attention to detailincredibly organised and able utilise your computer literacy and accuracymotivated to be part of a highly driven team
