Governance and Reporting ManagerManchester or London – Hybrid workingPerm roleCompetitive Salary plus benefitsAs part of DCC’s procurement transformation, we are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Governance and Reporting Manager to lead the development, continuous improvement, and management of the Commercial function's reporting and governance framework. As our Governance and Reporting Manager, you will play an integral role in ensuring the function operates efficiently and effectively whilst driving improvement through data and insight.What will you be doing?· Accountable for the management of the iValua commercial system and contract (£1m+); ensuring issues are swiftly resolved with minimal business impact and that the supplier is held to account against contractual obligations· Own and maintain the integrity of critical regulatory information stored within the commercial system, including 400+ contracts valued in excess of £5bn and key information on 60+ key suppliers· Design and implement a robust reporting and analytics framework for the Commercial function; collecting and analysing data from various sources and developing reports and dashboards that provide insights into key business metrics· Leverage data and insights to identify opportunities for process improvement within the· Commercial function. This will involve working with stakeholders across the organisation to identify pain points and develop and implement solutions that improve efficiency and reduce cost· Responsible for company-wide Commercial communications, including regular reporting to key stakeholders such as the ExCo, Board, and regulatory bodies. This will involve developing and delivering presentations, reports, and other materials to provide clear and concise messaging· Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to drive performance management across the Commercial function and continually improve critical governance and management routines to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives· Enhance budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant business information and analysis, working closely with the Finance team to ensure that the Commercial function's financial information is accurate and up to dateWhat are we looking for?Technical· Ability to develop leading practice dashboards and graphics to convey clear key messages from large and complex data sets.· Proven experience in developing data visualisations to present data, using business intelligence software solutions (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).· Able to prioritise work, meet deadlines and targets.· Strong desire to learn and develop in the Commercial / Supply Chain areas.· Strong attention to details and proven ability to work in an open / auditable way fitting to a regulated environment.Interpersonal· Strong written and verbal communication.
