Role: Commercial Gas Supervisor
Salary: £50,000
Location: Durham
Hours: Monday – Friday (8am-4.30pm)
Our client is a successful family-owned company which have been established for over 25 years working with some of the UK’s largest care group providers.
They now have an exciting opportunity for a Gas, Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join the business covering the Northeast. The business provides planned and reactive maintenance, response and repairs to all types of gas heating and plumbing into care homes, NHS buildings, Universities, Local Councils, Sheltered Housing, Commercial shops and many other properties.

Responsibilities:
This role is to provide Support to our Gas Manager and team of Engineers with responsibilities including:
Planning engineers work,
Site Visits,
Engineer Audits
The successful candidate must provide a significant contribution to overall efficiency, effectiveness and contract profitability and must therefore play its part in the overall delivery of service.
The candidate will support the Technical Manager with the implementation of an integrated approach for the delivery of all contracted services ensuring that all works are delivered safely on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
