Build Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a medium-sized maintenance provider, looking for an experienced Gas Engineer.
Position offers van, fuel card and expenses, and the work will cover London and Home Counties.
Working hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities of the Commercial Gas Engineer:
Planned preventative and reactive works covering servicing (CP15’S & CP16’s), repair, and installation ofGasappliances
Covering a variety of domestic, commercial, retail and industrial properties
Requirements of the Commercial Gas Engineer:
COCN1 Core Commercial Gas Safety
ICPN1 Installation First Fix on Commercial Pipework
CIGA1 Indirect Fired Commercial Appliances
CDGA1 Direct Fired Commercial Appliances
CORT1 Overhead Radiant Tube & Radiant Plaque Heaters
TPCP1a Tightness Testing & Direct Purging of Pipework not exceeding 1m³ in volume
G3 Unvented
About You as the Commercial Gas Engineer:
Experienced operating in commercial or industrial properties
Strong fault finding skills
Full Driving Licence
Committed, knowledgeable and adaptable
