Commercial Gas Engineer

Commercial Gas Engineer required for our client who are a successful M&E Contractor based in South West London. They provide Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to over 120 properties across London and Home counties. These properties are a range of residential apartment blocks with communal HVAC plant, commercial office space, mixed development buildings, schools, colleges and nursing homes. They are now looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer, to work across London and Home counties.

The Commercial Gas Engineer will need to have a level of experience within service repair and maintenance on commercial sized boilers and heating appliances. The engineer will travel around a range of commercial sites, ranging from Hotels, Offices and Leisure Centres.

The Commercial Gas Engineer will need to have valid in date ACS commercial ticket such as COCN1 or CODNCO1.

The ideal candidate will have 4 years plus experience working on commercial boiler and plant rooms

Commercial Gas Engineer Position Overview

The Commercial Gas Engineer will provide service, repair and maintenance on commercial sized boilers and heating appliances. The engineer will travel around London working on a mixed commercial portfolio.

Commercial Gas Engineer Position Requirements

• 4+ Years' experience within the commercial gas industry
• ACS Commercial qualifications such as COCN1 or CODNCO1
• Based within commutable distance of London and M25
• DBS checked
• Full UK Driving license

Commercial Gas Engineer Position Remuneration

• Basic Salary �48,000 to circa �55,000 depending on experience
• Travel pay - paid at overtime rates
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays - start with 20 days for first year
• Company van, fuel card & Extensive personal use
• Overtime at 1.5 & double
• Call out rota - 1 in 8 with �150 stand by payment
