Commercial Finance Manager

The Role
As the Commercial Finance Manager, you will be responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis, and you will take the lead on the annual budget process. Acting as a financial business partner to the wider senior management team, you will advise and support operations.
With future acquisitions expected, the Commercial Finance Manager will support the CFO and CEO on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic growth initiatives. There will be a significant element of project wok as well as some involvement in the month end close to ensure a rounded understanding of the business.
As a qualified accountant, you'll have financial planning and analysis experience, as well as the preparation of management accounts experience.
This position is office based 4 days per week (Basingstoke, Hampshire) and 1 day per week based out in our care homes.
