Job DescriptionRole: Commercial Finance Manager Location: Greater London Area (Hybrid) Salary: Up to 65K (Negotiable) Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic Beauty and Personal Care business who are looking for a skilled and experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join their team! Key Responsibilities:Handle all aspects of budgeting, including annual financial planning, regular forecasts, and risk management. Prepare comprehensive budgeting packs.Creäte sales and profit and loss reports including sales reporting, budget summaries, and cost analysis.Provide insightful analysis of sales, gross margin, and profitability drivers. Offer recommendations for profit enhancement.Actively participate in review meetings with internal teams, including budget/forecast updates, performance reviews, and cost control sessions.Contribute to the development of processes and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Maintain and develop financial models, ensuring data integrity and delivering valuable insights for business decisions.The Ideal Candidate:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA or CIMA qualified.Proven experience in finance management reporting against budgets/forecast updates within the Beauty, Personal Care or FMCG Sectors. Understanding with Microsoft Navision or similar integrated ERP systems.Advanced Excel skills, including complex model building and maintenance.Attention to detail and a positive attitude.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Self-motivated, reliable, and well-organized.Effective prioritization and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across departments.Commercially oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.This is an amazing and very exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team!
