Job DescriptionAre you ready to step into a pivotal role as a true Business Partner in a leading retail PLC's business transformation journey? We are partnering with a leader in the Retail industry in their search for a commercially focused Finance Manager to join their London based team and add real value to the business!This role is a key player in one of the group’s key strategic pillars of the business transformation. You’ll business partner with senior finance and non-finance stakeholders and will have end-to-end ownership of business cases.What are your key responsibilities?Business partner to finance and non finance stakeholders at all levels, to support commercial decision making and the execution of the strategy.Support on optimisation of the Business Unit's strategy.Develop end-to-end financial business cases and ensuring robust financial evaluation.Own and deliver strategic property projects working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including in house tax and legal teams.What skills do you need?Qualified Accountant with post qualification experience as a Business Partner.Excellent analytical skills, including investment appraisal experience and building of evaluation models.Ability to influence both finance and non-finance colleagues at senior level, including ability to present complex information clearly and simply.Collaborative approach, with natural style that builds strong network with finance colleagues across all Business Units.What’s in it for you?Competitive and comprehensive packageA flexible hybrid working structure of 3 days in the London officeA role where you will have lots of opportunities to learn and grow within the businessA great work culture in an industry leading businessOur clients are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse community with a strong sense of belonging.
