They need to be curious and want to improve processes, understand the meaning behind the numbers. This is quite a board role and we would pay up to £75k for this.We are working with a brilliant hospitality business who are looking to appoint a proactive Commercial Finance Manager as the business grows and expands. This is an autonomous role that will be supported by a financial reporting a controls team and report into a Group FC and CFO.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport Month-end, balance sheets, management accounts and day-to-day reportingSupport the FC in the creation and maintenance of budgets and forecastsSupport Financial Controller with Audit, yearend statutory report and weekly cash flow forecasting.Take the lead on systems and processesTake the lead on regular data analysis and financial modellingTake lead of all data lead projects, aimed at building insight and knowledge to improve processes and day-to-day brand activitiesTake lead on the analysis of new venturesProactively delivering meaningful insight to support across varied divisions and on key topics.Provide business partner across the business, utilise data and numbers to produce meaningful, usable insightsSupport senior team in developing commercial strategyHighlight risks and opportunities based on balance sheet review.THE IDEAL CANDIDATEFully Qualified (CIMA or ACCA)Multisite Hospitality experienceEarlier career practice experience preferred.Ideally experience in a business in excess of £30 million turnoverHands-on and motivatedOrganised and results orientatedConfident and able to adaptEnjoys mentoring and trainingIf you are interested in taking on this brilliant, challenging position, please apply today or email ##### to begin a confidential conversation.
