Job descriptionSewell Wallis are currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join a leading brand with offices in Leeds.You will be a qualified Accountant, ideally CIMA / ACCA / ACA with strong stakeholder management skills and reporting to the Finance Director, your responsibilities will include:-Supporting and working closely with the Commercial teamTaking the finance lead on all pricing and promotional activity with an understanding of how this impacts on revenue and margins and ensuring this is reflected in the forecastDeveloping and reviewing an appropriate suite of reports to improve the tracking of pricing and promotional activity and measure its effectivenessWorking closely with the Buying and Supply Chain Finance teams to understand impact of any pricing changes and how this may effect any commercial decision makingAgreeing appropriate sales intake targets with the Commercial and Sales teamsBeing the finance lead on all business cases linked to new product investment and any range review activityManaging the monthly forecasting processEnsuring knowledge on intake for the channels is inputted into the process as well as a clear understanding of profitability across the channelsReviewing of month end and presenting to the Commercial teamsWorking as the finance lead on all new product investment and any range review activitiesProviding analysis and building business cases as appropriate to be presented at Board level for sign offOngoing post project reviewsWorking with the wider Business Partner Team to develop and implement financial best practiceRequirementsFully qualified Accountant with solid business partnering skillsConfident, with the ability to work with non finance teams across the groupStrong influencing and presentation skillsGood analytical backgroundBenefitsHybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 work from homeFree parkingCompetitive salary plus car allowance and bonusFor further details please contact Emma Dugdale.To apply please send your CV, quoting our reference and specifying which website you saw this position advertised on.
