You will support the UK Head of Commercial Finance to understand and improve performance to deliver profitable growth for the business. This role joins the Commercial Finance team that is integral to driving the business forward and making key commercial decisions across Newell Brands portfolio of products.Benefits..• Hybrid Working• Flexible Working Hours• Employee Discount with up to 60% off• Pension Scheme with 6% company input• Life Assurance• Access to company and third-party training certifications• Employee Assistance ProgrammesResponsibilities...• Prepare and review regular reporting, including the provision of insightful commentary developed with the business highlighting risks and opportunities• Proactively business partner the commercial teams to drive the most profitable outcome for the business• Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the sales teams, identifying key assumptions and challenges that are embedded in the plans• Provide ad hoc commercial analysis and recommendations to support channel deliverables.• Develop and analyse promotional pricing and business cases for strategic initiatives• Develop and drive through improvements to forecasting, reporting and other financial processes to gain better control and visibility of performance• Work with financial control team to ensure the accuracy of the month-end figures
