Commercial Finance Business Partner

We are currently seeking high-calibre and talented individuals to join a fast-paced team as a Commercial Finance Business Partner.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, this role offers the opportunity take ownership of an area of the business working and collaborating directly with a channel Sales Director.
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and margin growth within this wide reaching, UK leading, Internationally expanding and Private Equity backed business that is experiencing double-digit growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Produce weekly and monthly financial reporting packs for the leadership team, offering commercial commentary, analysis and insights
• Report sales performance to key stakeholders
• Conduct targeted sales and margin analysis by channel, country, customer, brand and product
• Assess P&L impacts of operational performance, including service level and stock holding analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally including with the Sales team and Marketing team
• Forecast and analyse volume, revenue and margin impacts of pricing decisions and promotions
• Provide marketing activity summaries, measurable ROI reporting and drive efficient use of marketing investment
• Supporting New Product Development (NPD) scenario modelling and financial review
• Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, providing rolling forecasts and value commercial risks & opportunities.

What we are seeking:

• Career driven qualified / finalist accountant, CIMA or equivalent
• Strong commercial acumen with an agile mind, able to produce accurate quality analytical outputs and recommendations
• Strong communication skills, highly organised and capable of working in cross-functional teams managing multiple workstreams
• Proactive leader, team player and business partner who sets standards and serves as a leading voice within both the Commercial Finance team and the wider finance team
• Any Product or Commodity experience in sectors such as manufacturing, FMCG or retail is advantageous.
