You will provide analytical reporting and decision support on sales and OPEX forecasting, investment initiatives, pricing. You will drive capability improvement as horizontal owner of processes and contribute to transformational projects.This is a maternity cover of 12 months - this role is also proposed internally as a full time short-term assignmentIn this role your primary focus will be:Business PartnershipProvide analytical insight for business cases and support commercial pricing and discount decisionsActive participation in Integrated Brand team core meetings and initiativesManagement and Statutory ReportingProvide insightful reporting on business performance for the UK & Ireland leadership teamResponsible for consolidating budget and forecasts, providing commentaries and insights on full P&LBusiness PlanningFinance lead for local S&OP process partnering with supply chain and commercial excellence & marketing teamsFinance TransformationLead capability roadmap within area of ownership in order to integrate UK and Ireland in global transformation projects and initiatives while meeting local stakeholders needs.In order to be considered for this role you will have an appropriate level of qualification (ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent), coupled with a proven track record of driving capability improvement and SAP proficiency. You will be a strong and committed business partner, both operationally and strategically, with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
