Our products are designed in house and made by a small number of suppliers and artisans around the world to sustainable standards.We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to this.THE ROLEWe are looking for a detail oriented and curious finance analyst to join our finance team at our Shoreditch head office.In this role you will be preparing management reporting for senior leaders across the business. You will have the opportunity to flex your analytical muscles through evaluating and challenging business decisions with a commercial and financial lens. Excellent communication skills are important in this role as you will spend time discussing your analysis with the wider business.You will be a creative problem solver and an expert in all things digital. A lot of your time will be spent on excel, so it's key you are a confident user.ABOUT THE TEAMOur finance team takes care of all financial and management reporting, taxation, cash management and treasury for the worldwide business. They partner with other teams to provide insight and drive commercial outcomes. In this role you will report into the commercial finance manager.WHAT WILL I BE DOING?Producing management reports for distribution across the businessManaging and converting large datasets into concise, easy to use reportsUnderstanding the drivers of business performanceAssessing and articulating the commercial risks and opportunities to the businessEvaluating business decisions to assess the feasibility and potential return on investmentBuilding relationships with key stakeholders across the businessWorking with the wider business on ad hoc projectsWHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?Experience in a retail environmentAn expert excel userExperience working with BI toolsAnalytical mindset with a head for numbersCuriosity and the ability to ask questionsAbility to explain reports/analysis to the wider businessA meticulous eye for detailExcellent organisational skillsA natural relationship builderYou are a creative problem solverAbility to take that "extra step" to tackle a problemAbility to execute and implement processesIndependent and proactive approach to workingAbility to be flexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesABOUT THE LOCATIONBased in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty.
