Main ResponsibilitiesSystemsPlay a key role in design, testing evaluation and build of new reports and dashboards for the UK businessBudgeting & ForecastingPreparation and planning of annual budgets. AccountingEnsuring that any allocated/ad hoc work is dealt with promptly and accuratelyEvaluation and review of correct allocation of costs between departments/entities based on agreed cost drivers.Ensuring that all procedures are properly complied with and that liaison with external organisations including auditors and tax consultants is dealt with promptlyReporting & AnalysisLead the preparation of monthly Board packs and other monthly analysisMaintaining and distributing KPI dashboards and other metrics which will support decision makingDeep dive P & L Reviews and spend analysis to any areas of overspendSupport production and review of monthly & quarterly departmental / regional reporting packs including variance analysis commentaryDealing with any ad-hoc queries that ariseOtherIdentify and drive process improvements, including the creation of automated standard and ad-hoc reportsFinancial modelling for potential M&A and internalLiaise with stakeholders from all levels of the organisation on value add reporting and analysisAssist with development and delegation of tasks to more junior FP&A staff membersAny other task that may reasonably be required
