Commercial Finance Analyst - PE backed Technology Business Role: Commercial Finance Analyst - PE backed Technology BusinessLocation: Central LondonThe Role: This role is working for a very exciting and fast-growing Technology business with a brilliant brand in the sector and exciting strategy for the future. They are hiring for an exciting Commercial Finance Analyst opportunity reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Finance. You will be a core member of the wider finance team and play a key part in our monthly business reviews, annual and quarterly planning and forecasting, and cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and a independent thinker who has a desire to learn how to leverage business judgement, driven by data, to advise on critical financial, commercial and strategic decisions.Role ResponsibilitiesParticipate in quarterly and annual financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and monthly budget reviews with business leadershipProvide analysis of commercial initiatives that have a strategic or financial impact on the business Increase visibility to business operations by analysing unit economics, drivers of variance, and other KPIsCreate objective analyses and processes for a fast-growing technology company to scale efficiently and make data-driven decisionsSupport multi-functional change projects designed to enhance systems, processes, and data accuracyPartner with and communicate business progress to key stakeholders against financial and strategic targetsCandidate Requirements:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or overseas Equivalent) - ideally 1+ years PQERelevant experience in an analytically rigorous finance or strategy role; preference for experience in a high-growth SaaS companyThorough knowledge of accounting concepts; preference for IFRS knowledgeExcellent communication skills, able to influence at a senior levelExpert financial modelling spreadsheet skillsCompany InformationWayman Finance is a specialist recruitment agency with over 20 years' experience within the Finance field.
