This business is one of the UK’s biggest suppliers within their category, supplying to wholesalers, retailers, grocery, and online accounts!The business employ over 2500 people globally, have a current turnover around £500m and have achieved 23% YoY growth since 2018.Due to this growth, they are expanding and hiring for a Commercial Executive to sit in their Global Ecommerce channel. Upon joining, you will enter a personal and specific 3 month training plan which will give you the basics you need to deliver the role as Sales Executive and after 6 months you will be operating independently. Many of the businesses recent graduates have been promoted and taken on more responsibility and this is something they actively encourage, there is plenty of opportunity for those that want it.You will work in the Ecommerce team, specifically on the businesses Amazon platforms across EU markets. The business have a huge presence of selling their products on Amazon already and are the leader in their market.Your Responsibilities will Include…• Track and analyse data on Amazon, to include regular analysis of sales in and sales out data for the product portfolio you are representing• Working alongside the Marketing and Brand teams to ensure successful brand consistency• Relay competitor and consumer activity• Forecasting of the top products• Budget management• Successful stakeholder management• Plan, negotiate and implement promotional activity for your products throughout the year with a focus on key trading periods e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday.• Identify market gaps and proactively propose new product ideas to expand the businesses market shareYour Key Skills and Experience include…• Enthusiasm and aptitude for e-commerce and online marketing• EU language speaking skills; Italian, French, Spanish are desirable!• Self-motivated with the ability to get things done, particularly working from home• Strong communication skills and highly numerate and analytical• Good presentation abilityWhat’s in it for you?• Competitive salary• Generous Bonus potential• 12-week personable training programme• Progression opportunities, every 12-18 months!• Home/Hybrid working, with 1 to 2 days in the office• Enhanced pensionThere is no need to have previous experience working with Amazon as full training will be provided.
