Commercial Excellence Manager EMEA - Pharma Commercial Excellence Manager EMEA - Pharma Commercial Excellence Manager EMEA - PharmaOur team in EMEA currently has an opening for a Commercial Excellence Manager EMEA - Pharma.This role can be located anywhere in Europe.YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESCommercialExcellence department at Brenntag Specialities is looking for CommercialExcellence Manager reporting to Senior Manager Commercial Excellence to supportexecution of strategy and ongoing business in dedicated Business Unit.Mainresponsibilities of Commercial Excellence Manager:Support execution of Brenntag strategy and business development through information processing, business intelligence and advisoryStrategic projects management (e.g. price and margin improvements, promoting value added services, etc.) in line with BSP and BUs strategyEstablish performance metrics and goals for commercial teams, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive individual and team performance improvementSupport implementation of IT business enablers (CRM, CGE, Business Intelligence system, etc.), development of enhancement, drive adoption and change managementDrive a culture of continuous improvement within the commercial organisation, leveraging feedback and data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement. Cooperates on execution of Excellence program in dedicated Business Unit.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of commercial teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and organisational goalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, IT/digital and operations to align commercial strategies and initiatives with overall business objectivesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and internal teams to drive collaboration and achieve business objectivesPrepare and present reports and updates on commercial performance, initiatives, and key insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders as requiredAnalyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of commercial initiatives, providing insights for decision-making and continuous improvementDigital revenue management and value drops of all digital investments focused on commercial areaYOUR PROFILEMaster degree in Business/Marketing related subjectUnderstanding chemical distribution business, internal and external processesMultiple years experience as commercial excellence role, business analyst or controlling, alternatively as sales manager, or similarProficiency in using digital tools, especially CRM, ERP and reporting toolsEffective communication and fluent in EnglishThink strategically whilst still alive to the task-related requirementsAnalyse and interpret data and then make sound directionsINTERESTED?We look forward receiving your application.Brenntag provides equal employment opportunities to qualified applicants and employees of all backgrounds and identities to create a workplace where difference is valued because it forms a resilient and more innovative organization.
