Commercial Dishwasher Area Manager

Working for them gives you all the things people look for:- a good salary, good opportunities to grow and progress, a great team behind you.Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Commercial Dishwasher Area Manager, you will be:- Covering the south east, the south west and the London area – everything south of Birmingham Looking after 30 or so engineers and their area supervisors Working with clients, such as supermarkets, pubs, clubs, restaurants, and company head offices as well as some retail clients Being out on the road for 2-3 days per week visiting engineers and clients on your patch Helping out on the tools when needed to rectify a problem your engineer cant Helping with recruitment, staff reviews, customer issues and liaising with the office based teamSalary and Benefits of an Area Manager 50-55k basic + a performance bonus based around your skills Phone, lap top, van, fuel card 22 days holiday (also 8 bank holidays) Further training and career developmentSkills needed to be an area manager:- Living M40 corridor, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Bedfordshire or north London area ideally but anyone on patch would be looked at You need to have experience working in the commercial dishwasher industry as an engineer Having managerial experience would be beneficial but they would also look at a senior engineer who wants to make the jump to management You need to be fully computer literate and have great people skillsFor an immediate interview contact Adam Southamplease call me on (phone number removed) (agy)In the event that you are contacted for a role, please note that as part of the registration process you shall be required to provide FRONTrunner Recruitment Ltd. with proof of identity as well as proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
