This is fantastic position for someone who has a strong sales background within the industry who might be looking for the next step into a more senior and overall managerial role. Offering good earning potential and strong career prospects as Commercial Director. You will be in charge of a small team of 11, you will have overall and strategic management of the business.As Commercial Director, you will have the following job roles and responsibilities:Contribute to the overall business strategy, budgeting and forecasting of salesYou will deliver sustained business growth by working closely with customers and maximizing sales potentialClosely monitor sales performance and increase knowledge of customer baseManage the in-house team and also work closely with the company RP (Responsible Person) to ensure a quality and compliance mindset is maintainedTo be suitable for the role of Commercial Director, you will ideally have the following:Degree in a relevant scientific, or pharmaceutical discipline ideallyB2B background in wholesale pharmaceuticals, or other pharmaceuticals or medical industryAn understanding of the regulations around GDP (Good Distribution Practice)Strong networking and communication skillsA willingness to travel both UK and at times, overseasThe package on offer:The successful candidate for this position of Commercial Director will receive the following:Salary circa £70,000Discretionary bonus25 days plus bank holidaysCompany contributory pension schemeLocation:The role of Commercial Director is based in Hampshire close to the Surrey Border.
