This industry pioneer is on the lookout for a talented Commercial Director to spearhead their renowned brand's growth and innovation.About them?This company is known for its exceptional fishing gear and a strong history of providing top-tier products infused with innovation – distinguishing them within the industry. Over the years, they’ve established a reputation for excellence, becoming renowned for their quality and offerings to anglers worldwide. What will I be doing?Using your strategic vision and leadership to drive their brand to new heights, you’ll play a key role in managing and coordinating their Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Finance departments.You’ll be crafting and executing plans to maximise sales and revenue and leading product development initiatives to maintain their reputation for innovation. Overseeing marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence and market share in the UK and beyond whilst ensuring sustainable growth by collaborating with finance teams. What experience do I need?High energy, a strong leadership style and a desire for diving into the exciting world of fish tackle (even better if this is your background already) are important to succeed in this role. You’ll need experience in commercial leadership and a track record in driving business growth in existing and new markets. Strong experience in managing, coordinating, and streamlining communications between business departments would be beneficial. Finally, an innovative mindset that’s able to spot trends in the market is important. You’ll need to be based in or around Kent as this is an office-based position.
