The role is office based with the option to work from home one day a week, and is exciting opportunity to work within a fast-growing brand in Manchester City Centre.Roles & ResponsibilitiesCreating a business growth strategy alongside the CEO, ensuring targets are maintained, with a large focus on UK & USA strategy.CP & target management, ensuring all teams are aligned for launches & the business is running smoothly.Working alongside Senior Brand Manager & CEO to create worldwide retailer strategy, including EU, USA & Australia.Budget & target management, ensuring all targets and KPIs are realistic and altering where need be, as well as pushing ways to hit targets.The Ideal CandidatePrevious experience within a similar role, preferably in the beauty industry.Experience leading a strong team with excellent communication and organisational skills.A positive attitude and strong work ethic with the desire to go the extra mile for your team and company.This is an amazing and very exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team.If you are interested don’t delay in sending your CV!
