As the Commercial Director for the Highways Division at Keltbray, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial success and strategic growth within the division. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director – Infrastructure, you will lead a team of commercial professionals, overseeing all commercial aspects of projects within the highways sector. You will be responsible for maximising profitability, mitigating risks, and ensuring contractual compliance while fostering strong client relationships and driving business development initiatives.Primary TasksContract ManagementClient Relationship ManagementBusiness DevelopmentCompliance and GovernanceSkills and experienceBachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
