Currently, Gotbit is looking for a Commercial Director, who will lead our Account Management, Sales, and Business Development.Responsibilities: Lead Account Management, Sales, and BD teams Develop and implement sales, business, and marketing strategies Establish and maintain partnerships, engage in customer development activities, and gather feedback Build and lead a high-performing commercial team Achieve revenue and profit targets, conduct market and competitor analysis Prepare and present commercial proposals, control team budgets Participate in conferences and contribute to the development of marketing strategy Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in the related field Strong Crypto Knowledge and experience in the crypto industry Excellent team management skills Client Relationship Management: Ability to manage existing clients, upsell additional services, and ensure client retention Business Development: Proficiency in identifying potential partnerships and devising strategies for geographical expansion Sales Process Optimization: Experience in digitizing sales funnels, tracking commercial proposals, conducting market research, and directing service development based on business needs (client requests)
