Commercial (Cost) Manager - London - 12 Month Contract - £400 Per Day Umbrella Rate - Hybrid WorkARM are working with TFL who are currently recruiting for a Commercial (Cost) Manager in Central London on an initial 12 12-month contract.About You:You will have a previous background in Quantity Surveying. You will have experience in Cost Management controls and systems within the Construction/Engineering Sectors.You will have experience in Public Sector Procurement. You will have experience with NEC Contracts.What you will be doing:In this position, you will be tasked with providing a total cost overview of programmes and projects to commercial and project managers as well as managing any risks and changes.
