I have a new and exciting position for a British food company who are looking for a Commercial Controller to take on a new part of the business due to substantial growth plans.�
Daily duties and responsibilities include:�- Working with procurement and technical�teams to refine briefs and quote for new business.��
- Manage commercial contracts and negotiate to drive projects forward�
- Developing business with existing accounts whilst seeking out new opportunities�
- P&L management
- Establishing strong relationships with customers�
- Business development activity to promote the new area of the business.�
Is this for you?
The ideal candidate will be a Business Development Manager who is currently working within FMCG.� A strong track record of delivering growth is essential, along with the following:�
- Strong selling and negotiation experience within FMCG�
- Experience managing multiple accounts across foodservice and B2B customers�
- Managed own label�ranges together with ingredient solutions for manufacturers�
- Ability to lead customer agenda across the business.��
The successful candidate will also have a growth mindset with a real results-focus drive to succeed in the FMCG industry.� Entrepreneurial thinking and self starter determination is an absolute must for this role.��
Working hours and location�
This is a full time, permanent position and hybrid working is offered.� the flexibility to work across multiple sites is needed and car mileage is paid for travel.��
As well as a generous salary depending on experience, bonus and private healthcare are also included in the package.��
