37.5 hours per week (potential Hybrid working up to 2 days at home per week after probation, but must be based in Shropshire for the other 3 days a week)
My client is based in north Shropshire has a vacancy for a Commercial Manager to join their organisation on a on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. The Commercial Manager will act as the focal point for contract related activity. You will be reporting into the Senior Commercial Manager, supporting them in the oversight of all commercial and contractual activities, and will have an in-depth level of understanding of the contract terms and conditions. Therefore, this role would suit someone who has done a Commercial Manager role, or possibly someone with a high level of experience dealing with legal or contractual documentation.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
Management of contract changes, ensuring changes are logged, and change proposals drafted.
Document and monitor all contract deliverables.
Document, maintain, and identify necessary internal commercial processes.
Report on contract performance penalties.
