Are you ready to make an impact by providing insightful guidance and advice on a variety of legal and contractual matters for our public and private sector customers? We’re seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to elevate our contract management with precision and expertise.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive written responses to customers and prospects regarding MHR’s standard contractual documents.
Demonstrate precision and expertise in contract negotiation.
Review and negotiate third-party bespoke contractual documents.
Utilize advanced negotiation, persuasion, and judgment skills to navigate contract negotiations effectively.
Assess and advise internal stakeholders across all organization levels of the business on a range of contractual issues.
Review and refine current MHR contract documents.
Update and enhance existing contract documents, as well as develop new ones when needed.
Draft contract variations and new contract clauses to meet evolving business needs.
In addition to these core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to:
Mentor and support the development of junior team members.
Conduct in-depth legal research as required.
Collaborate with other departments (such as Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and IT Security) to ensure both commercial and legal aspects of contracts are aligned.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of MHR’s core policies, procedures, and objectives.
Proactively identify and manage potential disputes at an early stage and alert internal stakeholders promptly.
