What Youll Be Doing:
You will be akey member of the Commercial Team,providing the wider business with commercial support in the areas of contractual obligations, commercial issues, contractual interpretation, and commercial risk management.
Developing and implementing strategies to resolve contractual and commercial problems, whilst maintaining integrity of contracted commercial position and ensuring that the financial aspects and impact of the contract are clear to all business departments.
