This business is an award-winning specialist recruitment agency providing permanent employees and contractors globally through its specialist recruitment brands all dedicated to IT Solutions.
In late 2023, the group received a large investment of which is being used to shape the business moving forward with large 5/10 year target plans in place!
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this position is critical to support the rapid expansion of our global sales teams and you will also have day to day management responsibilities initially for 2 x Contracts Manager (UK/Europe & US). As an individual, you will have an extensive background working within global IT recruitment agencies in a hands-on position providing the internal and external services listed below.
You should have strong recruitment industry compliance expertise and be up to date with all relevant tax and employment legislation (and the practical application of) such as ‘Off Payroll (IR35) Working Regulations’ in the UK and ‘Worker Classification’ in the US etc.
The below is a non-exhaustive snapshot of the responsibilities that this role entails both from a reactive and proactive perspective:

Client-side Terms of Business (ours or customers) : o Review against our commercial framework in conjunction with relevant salesperson, o Review against our minimum requirement legal framework, o Negotiate directly with customers to implement all changes, o Complete to execution

Supplier setup : o Manage customer supplier setup processes (portal or manual)

Compliance ; o Ensure that new business is written in line with existing compliance frameworks across the UK, US and mainland Europe, o Provide advice and assistance to customers, contractors and internal salespeople as required o Maintain relationships with third party suppliers and develop new partnerships as required

▪ PEO/W2 providers
▪ Recruitment legal advisors
▪ Worker Classification partners

Projects ; o Develop more ‘fit for purpose’ cross border European contracts, o Develop compliance strategies in line with changing legislation globally, o Research and develop compliant engagement models for new territory sales as required, o Ownership of global recruitment Insurance policies
