The Company Claims Handler required to join a very well-respected commercial insurance broker due to growth.
The Role As a Broker Claims Handler you will deal with a wide range of commercial insurance claims, and manage the insurance claims journey from start to finish. Insurance claims will typically include losses for Motor Fleet but may also include Commercial Property and Liability claims.You will advise clients on how to make claims, log new notifications, and update all records accurately on the system. Managing your own caseload, you will monitor the progress of each claim and liaise with Insurers and loss adjusters, resolving and negotiating any liability.
The Person Previous claims experience with a good understanding of general insurance will be required for this position. Motor insurance claims knowledge would also be an advantage. Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to learn new systems and processes as required.
