We are seeking a Commercial Advisor for our Government client based in London. This role will be office based at least 3 days per week and the remainder remote. The Commercial Advisor role will be an initial 4 month contract, paying between £450 - £500/Day Inside IR35.

This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.

Role Profile:

• As a Procurement Advisor, you will provide procurement support on procurement competitions, contracts, contract variations, and enhance procurement's influence on commercial improvements spend to improve value for money (VfM) and the resulting impact for them and its businesses.
• Experience in delivering and managing complex procurements and contract management.
• Strong understanding of the procurement lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively and build relationships with staff, suppliers, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions based on well-thought-out conclusions and recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining awareness of the bigger picture.
• Good written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Numerate with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in using e-sourcing platforms, particularly Jaggaer.
• Ability to successfully manage competing workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• CIPS professional qualification, or equivalent.
