LOCATION:
Office based at Amber Court, 51 Church Street, Elsecar, Barnsley, S74 8HT
HOURS:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
+ About the role
Hickton Quality Control is the UK’s largest provider of Clerk of Works services. Based within our Head Office in South Yorkshire, we require a committed and enthusiastic Commercial Administrator to support and work closely with our Commercial Manager.
You will be responsible for collating commercial information for tenders and throughout live projects, to support the wider team. The role will be fast-paced and requires an organised individual who pays good attention to detail and has a strong commercial awareness.

+ Creating resource schedules during tender stage
+ Revising schedules throughout tender stage
+ Completing tender pricing documents
+ Ensuring all commercial data is up to date on Deltek for use by the wider team
+ Support getting receipt of PO's before starting on site
+ Revising live resource schedules in line with any changes and retrieving client approval
+ Revising resource schedules in line with any extensions and retrieving client approval
+ Reviewing hour variances and working with resource to utilise all hours within the project
+ Notifying wider team of commercial changes where required
+ Carrying out commercial reviews throughout projects
+ Providing annual commercial summaries for clients.
