colleagues. With free parking, this really is an opportunity not to be missed ?? We are seeking a Commercial Assistant to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our clients marketing and trading departments, ensuring the effective analysis of sales and product data, managing events and assisting
in the development and implementation of branded print and digital advertising plans. Day to Day of the Role:
Assisting in the research and analysis of sales and purchase data, as well as market insights, to create reports and presentations.Validating and enriching product-specific data within our own brand ranges.Supporting the implementation of branded supplier marketing plans.Writing and proofreading copy for print and online activities for both internal and external communications.Producing a quarterly Commodity Report in liaison with the trading team.Providing digital marketing support, including creative web content, SEO optimisation, and website updates.Managing digital assets and databases, including the company internal intranet.Coordinating resources for group events and exhibitions and supporting the delivery of presentations.Creating and coordinating sales support materials for own brand ranges.Answering telephone calls, dealing with queries, and taking messages.Performing general office duties as needed, including typing, filing, photocopying, making drinks, handling samples, and general housekeeping. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Full clean driving licence.A keen eye for detail, with proofreading experience being advantageous.Experience in sales or commercial support and/or foodservice is preferred.Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant systems for financial processes, data recording, and analysis.Experience with product data and/or data management systems is beneficial.
