An opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to join one of the leading ground engineering companies in the UK.
They are delivering a Project valued at £700M and they are looking for a Commercial Administrator to to join the team.
Duties/required:
Experience in the construction industry essential Office administration experience essential Organised with a disciplined approach to work Strong attention to detail Good computer skills, including use of Microsoft Word, Excel and SharePoint Ability to build relationships at all levels within and outside the organisation Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed Maintain and order office supplies Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail Coordinate staff travel arrangements including transportation and accommodations
