Commercial Accountant

This role sits within the Commercial Finance team where you will receive day to day high volume claims from direct customers and 3rd parties. Creating a time line to accrue these rebates. The role itself is alot of Processing, calculating and communicating with customers. You will have discussions with heads of departments regarding targets. This role will then progress into revenue reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

Our client is based in Daresbury, Warrington who offer treatment services. Originally launched in the UK 40 years + over the past 15 years has expanded it's International reach. With operations now in UK, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands and USA.

Description

- Checking, validating, and processing of contract support claims

- Checking, validating, and processing of rebate claims

- Responsible for rebate accounting

- Regular reconciliations of rebate accruals (at least quarterly)

- Day to day management of e-Bate system

Profile

- Intermediate spreadsheet skills

- High attention to detail

- Experience with ERP systems

- Finance qualification desired but not essential

- Strong skills in both written and verbal communication

- Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with customers and staff

- Excellent organisational and planning skills

- Able to challenge and work collaboratively to build trust and respect with colleagues
