The Role:
Build, nurture & maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues.

Ensure accurate documentation for clients and insurers, adhering to the highest standards.
Proactively handle account queries and oversee your client book's credit control matters.
Remain up-to-date with insurance market changes and ensure personal development objectives align with the Commercial Team Leader's vision.
The Person:
Proven experience within the Insurance Industry with a solid understanding of general insurance products and services.
Proficiency in MS Office and eligibility to work in the UK are essential.
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with the ability to handle pressure and multi-task efficiently.
Desirable: Experience with Acturis and holding or working towards a Chartered Insurance Institute qualification.
