The Role:
Provide comprehensive service to clients and account executives, including quotations, adjustments, renewals, and claims processing for all commercial insurance classes.

Support less experienced staff with technical and underwriting expertise.
The Person:
Professional qualifications in CII or actively pursuing them.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Adaptable and collaborative, with strong organizational abilities.
Knowledgeable in policy terms, insurance market trends, and relevant laws.
