As an experienced Commercial Account Handler this is your opportunity to work for a growing business who delivers a first-class service and provides helpful Insurance products across the local region, to customers old and new.It is a business where honesty, integrity and trust are at the heart of their values and they focus on a personal approach to customer service.You'll join a growing and friendly team and work closely with your business customers and use your knowledge and expertise to help them with all of their Insurance requirements.This is a role where you will be able to work on a hybrid basis between their office and your home.As a Commercial Account Handler your responsibilities will include:Handling renewals and adjustments with Business customers directlyNegotiating with Insurers/Underwriters to get the most appropriate cover for your clients at the best priceSupporting and preparing renewal quotations for Account ExecutivesUpdating risk informationLiaising with Account ExecutivesProcessing general customer enquiries, handling policy alterations and new and additional Insurance productsSecuring renewals whilst ensuring Company Standards/FCA requirements are metOccasional client visits with the Account ExecutivesTo be a successful Commercial Account Handler you will have:Experience and knowledge of general Commercial insurance productsA desire to develop strong Client and Insurer relationshipsDrive and enthusiasm to provide fantastic customer service to all clientsConfident and effective communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to manage your own workload and prioritise accordinglyBenefits include:Full Training and Development which includes soft skills and support with CII professional qualifications.25 days holiday plus bank holidays.Free parking at the office.JBRP1_UKTJ
