Job Title:Commercial Account HandlerLocation:Glasgow, ScotlandSalary:£35,000 - £45,000 - Passionate about delivering the best possible service to clients? This highly regarded brokerage is going through some exciting expansion plans, they’re on the lookout for aCommercial Account Handlerto join the team in their Glasgow branch. Here you would be looking after a large book of Commercial clients between £50k and £250k, and ideally you’ll be comfortable servicing premiums up to £500k when required. As their first point of contact you’d be assisting them with general product queries, new business quotes, midterm adjustments and revised renewals across several different products. You would be client facing, nurturing and developing client relationships alongside the Account Executives. Client care is at the top of the agenda, which will suit you if you’re passionate about going the extra mile for clients. - What would help you succeed in this role?
Recent experience working in an Insurance Brokerage or Insurer, either advising or servicing clients regarding commercial insuranceBroad market knowledge of commercial insurance (Construction, Motor Trade, Haulage, Property Owners/Real Estate, Manufacturing/Engineering etc)Being proactive, you like to be responsible for your own workloadYou enjoy helping others and collaborating with colleaguesWorking towards goals and targetsFamiliarity with Acturis - Key details:
