Role: Commercial Account ExecLocation: WinchesterReports To: Commercial Insurance ManagerSalary Range: Up To £35k and negotiable depending on experienceWork Hours: Monday to Friday, 08.40 to 5pmJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced commercial account handler to join our existing busy team. Using previous experience you have gained in a similar role you will be looking after new and existing clients forging good personal relationships and winning business. We advise on a variety of products including, Motor Fleet, SME Business, Property Owners, PI, Shop and Offices. Good product knowledge is essential.We have a selected group of leading insurers where we place business and enjoy great relationships with our insurer partners. We offer competitively priced products and are regulated by the FCA. Combined with our personable approach, skill and sales ability we aim to ensure are clients are very happy with our service. If this sounds like you would fit in, then get in touch and talk to us!Essential Skills:Good standard of educationGood understanding of Windows programs - use of Word and ExcelBeing attentive and maintaining concentration in a busy environmentGood oral and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritiseAbility to communicate with colleagues at all levels of seniorityGood ability to work with minimal supervisionQuick learnerMain Duties and Responsibilities:Using bespoke computer system, Acturis & CDLAdvising on different types of insurance and productsProviding key support to commercial teamEngaging with clients by telephone and e-mailLiaising with insurance companies to make amendments and discuss existing policiesMaintaining a good level of personal smartness and presentationIdentifying client needs and suiting them to the correct productAdherence to company procedures and compliance obligationsTreating the customer fairly and giving sound adviceDesirable:Good listening and observation skillsPrevious experience and or proven customer care skillsEnthusiasmWilling to learn and progressNaturally helpful person prepared to work hard.An eye for detail and inquisitive mindCareer mindedWanting to work with a growing teamYou can apply for a role stated below by sending an email to #####
