An international manufacturing company are looking for a highly skilled Colour Matcher to join the team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a paint or coating environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Colour checking and matching paints to specific tints and shades


• Using spectrometer and working free hand

Knowledge and Experience

• Experience matching coloured paint within coating or paint manufacturing environment


• Strong attention to detail


• Free hand colour matching experience


• Spectrometer experience


• IOSH/COSHH


• The ability to follow precise processes


• Ability to implement continuous improvement ideas
