About the role:
Billigence are looking for a Collibra Specialist to join our team on an exciting government project.
As an extensive Collibra Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of Collibra, a data governance and cataloguing platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that Collibra is effectively led, deployed, configured, and utilized, to meet the program’s data governance and management needs. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of Collibra implementation, from initial setup to ongoing maintenance and optimisation. With this primary aim, you will also be expected to provide team leadership and daily management activities.
This is an initial 6-month engagement, Inside IR35 to start in June 2024. You will be required to go on-site in London one a week/every two weeks. You must have active (or be eligible) for BPSS clearance to be considered for this role.
What you’ll do:
the design and implementation of the Collibra project plan, outlining the scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Support the Information Governance Manager to establish clear project milestones and success criteria.
the analysis requirements from stakeholders to ensure that Collibra is aligned with the Programmes data governance objectives and regulatory compliance standards.
the configuration of Collibra workflows, data models, dashboards, and reports to meet the specific programme needs. Own the testing and quality assurance checks.
the collaboration with Enterprise Architecture team to design and develop solutions within Collibra to address data governance challenges, including data lineage, metadata management, data quality, and data privacy.
What you'll need:
experience of Information Governance frameworks.
overseeing the entire lifecycle of Collibra implementation, from initial setup to ongoing maintenance and optimisation.
strong understanding of data management principles including data governance, architecture, and quality management.
communication skills of driving the information message across different business functions and communities of interest.
team leadership.
