By doing so, Moove is creating sustainable jobs for entrepreneurs in the mobility sectorAbout the RoleMoove is looking for experienced Collections Manager with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude to own the collections and debt management activities in a fast-growing, fast-paced, vibrant startup environment.What You’ll be Doing
Managing the day to day operations of the UK collections and debt management activities to minimise overdue debt and maximise cash receipts Developing, maintaining, reviewing and improving internal collections strategies, policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement Overseeing the performance of external debt collection agencies, including contract management, monitoring activities and outcomes to optimise third party collections Leveraging technology to drive innovation, automation and scale and managing data to ensure high data integrity and robust reporting Managing customer escalations in relation to collections, arrears and forbearance Managing a team of 1-5 reps and building a high performance culture What You will need for this position An understanding of collections, arrears and forbearance practices, and debt management practices Experience in developing policies and processes and aligning these with business and regulatory objectives Ability to lead a team and develop a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement Highly effective organisation and time management skills to manage self and team Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to think from first principles High competency with adopting and embedding new technologies and tooling Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment London-based and willing to work on site Who You'll Be Working with:Directly reporting to our City Manager, and closely working with our Operations Team.About the teamOur team is collaborative, positive, curious, and engaged.
